This is a spacious 1 bedroom holiday apartment that can easily accommodate 4 adults plus small child.

It is fully equipped for your needs on a self catering holiday. The kitchen has a full size oven and hob fridge freezer and a washing machine is also provided. The bedroom has twin beds and air con, the lounge has a double sofa bed, and a travel cot is available if required. A safe is also provided free of charge for safe keeping of money, valuables and travel documents.

Satellite TV includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky News & a movie channel. There is also a DVD player with a selection of children's DVD's.

The large balcony is secured with a locked gate this gives peace of mind for anyone with young children. The views from the balcony are stunning, furniture is provided for the balcony area.

The complex has two swimming pools, the larger is heated and a restaurant on site. Only 5 mins from beach with a popular windsurfing beach 10 mins drive away at El Medano.

The Golf del Sur in the South of Tenerife, only 10 minutes from the airport provides ideal surroundings for those looking for a relaxing or action packed holiday.

It boasts its own championship golf course with 5 other golf courses all within a 15 minute drive. Other sporting facilities include a championship bowling green, tennis courts, gymnasiums, health spas, and a fully certified dive centre.

There are a great varitey of bars and restaurants, to suit all tastes in the San Blas Commercial Centre which is only 5 mins from the apartment, and along the costal path running to the new Marina and beyond.

Arriving at Our Apartment:

Our apartment is looked after by Rob & Val who live on the Terrazas de la Paz complex. On arriving they will meet you with the key, and escort you to the apartment.

You will find some complimentary essentials in the apartment; water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Which are welcome after a long journey.

Val and Rob are on hand if you need any assistance, and if you decide you would like the air con or beach towels they can arrange this.
