A £ 75 deposit is required for each week booked to secure your booking and is NON REFUNDABLE.
On receipt of your deposit your week will be secured.
Non secured weeks are only provisionally held for 7 days.
The full balance is due 6 weeks before departure one reminder will be sent. If no payment is received then the week will be made available and the deposit is forfeited.
Payment is required in Sterling.
The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Where possible we will be flexible, but this is on an ad hoc basis dependent on bookings and cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure we are advised of your flight times.
We reserve the right to make a charge for any excessive damages caused to the apartment.
The facilities available on the complex are not guaranteed we keep as up to date as possible but are not responsible should there be any changes.
Number of occupants must be confirmed and any changes advised 2 weeks before arrival.
If you lock yourself out of the apartment by fogetting keys it will be the clients responsibility to pay any charges relating to this.
A copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to you with a receipt once final payment has cleared.
